AutoReply

AutoReply writes your automatic reply in French, German, English and Dutch. Pick the reason, the dates and who stands in for you. It writes the message with the right dates and the right tone, for colleagues or for customers, and copies it with its formatting, ready to paste.

What it does

• Fifteen leave types: annual leave, sickness, business trip, training, birth and parental leave, time credit and more, each with the Belgian rule it rests on.
• Internal and external: one version for colleagues, one for customers and suppliers, each in the languages you choose.
• Part-time: the same day off every week (4/5, 9/10) or half-days.
• Privacy built in: the reason for a sick leave is never shown to people outside the company.
• Backup contact: a stand-in from your own address book, with e-mail and phone.
• Copy: formatted, as plain text, or as HTML code.
• One file: nothing to install, it works in any browser, also offline.

Good to know

• Based on Belgian law: the leave types and their rules follow Belgian law. Working in another country? Give the HTML file to your own AI and ask it to adapt the rules to your country, or send me a request and I may add your country.
• Use it online, or download it. Online, the address book and "Save as my defaults" do not work: they need the file contacts.js next to the HTML. Download it for that.
• Your details stay in your browser and in your own contacts.js file. Nothing is sent anywhere.
