Skills

A skill teaches Claude a way of working once, so it does it right every time. These are skills I built for my own work.

New to skills? Read the guide Claude Skills (also in French, Dutch and German).

Want one? Ask for it below, and Hans will send it to you.

GitHub publish safety

A check before every push, new repository or release, so GitHub's automatic spam and malware detection doesn't block your account. Looks at names, installers, secrets and how fast you publish.

Made after my own account was suspended for publishing a harmless tool the wrong way.

Report and manual builder

Builds manuals, guides and reports as polished Word files and PDFs, in a clear house style. Also repairs documents where headings or tables break across pages in the wrong place.

I use it for the manuals of my own programs.

Anti-truncation

Stops long files from being silently cut off when Claude writes, saves or converts them, even when the tool reports success.

Small, but it saved me from shipping half a document more than once.

Verify before done

Makes Claude test a change the way you will actually use it, before it says the work is finished.

Prevents the classic mistake: testing what was built instead of what you do.
